Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how subscriptions, cancellations and refunds work for SEOlvl (operated by GM Sunshine LLC). It forms part of the Terms of Service.

1. Free plan

SEOlvl offers a free plan with no payment required. You can use it indefinitely subject to its limits and the Terms.

2. Subscriptions and renewal

• Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, through Stripe.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price for the same term until cancelled.
• You will be charged on each renewal date unless you cancel before it.

3. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from your billing settings (via the Stripe customer portal) or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation stops future renewals. Your plan remains active until the end of the current paid period, after which the account moves to the free plan. We do not automatically pro-rate or refund the remainder of a paid period on cancellation.

4. Refunds

• 14-day goodwill refund: if you are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of your first payment for a given subscription and we will refund that payment in full, provided the account has not been used abusively.
• Renewals: renewal charges are generally non-refundable. If you contact us within 7 days of a renewal you did not intend, we will consider a refund in good faith at our discretion, particularly where the Service was not materially used in that period.
• Service failure: if a paid feature was materially unavailable due to our fault for a sustained period, contact us and we will provide a fair credit or pro-rated refund.
• No refunds for partial billing periods on voluntary cancellation, or where access was terminated for breach of the Acceptable Use Policy or Terms.

5. How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe. Processing times depend on Stripe and your bank, typically 5–10 business days. Refund amounts are net of any irrecoverable payment-processor fees only where permitted by law.

6. Statutory rights

Nothing in this Policy limits non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer law, including any statutory right of withdrawal. Where such rights apply, they prevail over this Policy.
